                      Creliste, also known as Nieve, is a dragoness that comes from royal blood as a decent of the Nether. Once the war erupted against the Rebels, Nieve ran off with her sister Crenetcha, also known as Luna. The two were a stranded bunch until coming across the kingdom in the sacred plains where the were introduced to Lucy. Lucy saw interest in the siblings and sent them off to unclaimed territory to spread the word of the ancients in a way of conquest. After settling near a cliff by a beach, the two decided to name it Lunabar since the moon is always setting over the castle that was built their by workers of the ancients. Nieve was in charge of the city itself, being capable of handling the citizens, religion, and even the laws. Nieve did love her new life and still does, making sure all newcomers must convert to the SOTA if they are to experience the true welcoming hands of the city.
