Hatched from an egg in the depths of vault 119, Tiny was originally a test subject used to determine body modifications by splicing human and dragon DNA. These modifications were suppose to enhance endurance, strength, and the overall performace of Nether infantry and was also suppose to create an immunity to the parasite. She along with a sibling had been hatched in a hatchery that was run by Doctor Issac and his assistant Doctor Laura with both having different views on how to raise these strange breeds. Issac saw them as a deadly killing machine whereas Laura wished to raise them like their own children by even going through the lengths of granting them their own birthdays. It is because of this that Tiny had developed such a childish personality from Laura shielding them from the truth of what laid in wait for them outside of the vault as well as the reason for their existence in general. The beings would have a strong resemblance to dragons opposed to humans, having large horns, scaley skin, beady red eyes, and claws capable of tearing steel. At the age of fifteen, vault 119 was raided by a large group of bandits who heard of such a vault containing heavy loot to be sold in the black market but luckily the vault dwellers were able to fend off this assault at a heavy cost that would eventually bring forth their downfall. During this time, Tiny and her sibling were to remain hidden away while everything would be hanlded by the vault security; alas the bandits would have been it far enough into the vault to reach their supplies and power source. There the bandits would not only damaged their generators but also ended up accidentally releasing a strong toxin that was used to help in the incubation as well as sustaining the powerful dragon DNA in the hatchery that was filtered in the power station. In a panic to escape, the bandits and vault dwellers would rush to the outside in an attempt to leave the now deadly vault but with the bandits having already made it out, they would seal the vault door from outside to leave the dwellers inside. To make matters worse, the console within the vault had been severely damaged during the firefight and would not allow any access from within the vault, leaving everyone inside for dead. The last moment Tiny had with the scientists she claimed to be their parents was them huddling together and shooting themselves as to avoid the gruesome death the toxin would surely bring them. It was a heavy loss for Tiny and her sibling and the two would end up arguing much more frequently and cause the two to split up- eventually resulting in the other sibling to escape the vault by prying open the door with all their might. Tiny on the other hand refused to abandon their parents even if they were just rotting corpses  and so she stayed with them to keep them company. Years later, the toxic levels would have died down to less lethal levels but too much exposure could still just as easily be deadly. Now she just spends most of her time eating the supplies of canned food in the vault and occasionally having to feed off the dweller's corpses to prevent starvation, though she was always extra careful in not wanting to damage their bones as she believed it would be rude to do so. It is also known that anyone who would inhale this weakened toxin would halluciante Tiny from being a terrifying beast to having a more humanoid appearance; possible reasoning being that the dragon DNA within the fumes would cause the brain of the victim to view the specimen through their eyes- ultimately meaning the victim has the potential to hallucinate what the specimen could see.
