                   The flooded city of Riverhead was once abandoned after the flood destroy most of the lower region of the massive city, leaving only the upper portion still intact. Once the war started, all Nether citizens were quickly evacuated from the city as it holds no strategic value aside from homes for citizens as well as resting places. With the Nether already having tons of homes open, all citizens were moved to different places to call their new home. Once the Rebels reached this city, they decided to make it not only a home for citizens but to make it a place where they build their naval fleet since they are easy to build and cheap to maintain.
