               The RNA (Represenatives of the Neutral Act) is a large group that focuses on keeping laws to keep the planet together as well as restricting military factions from using nuclear weapons. Not only does the RNA make sure that there are laws to restrict certain military crimes from happening but they also keep citizens in order. As stated by the Nether giving multi-species rights to be together, the Rebel is against marriage with cross species and thus rely on the RNA to be the deciding factor. All cities supported by the RNA are restricted from having cross species relationships, though certain acts are being pushed through to allow certain things to slip by if they work. Though the RNA is not suppose to place laws in territories taken over by either faction, the RNA still places these certain laws in all Neutral cities. Not being able to do anything if an invasion were to happen, the RNA simply evacuates all members assosiated with the RNA and take them to an area more secured. Certain laws include: *No lethal assault against a species aside from your own. *Crime supported by racial feelings will be punishable twice as hurtful. *Rape is not allowed and the offense will be doubled with a species different from your own. *Fights dealing with soldiers of your opposite faction that start with hatred among the different miliary is forbidden. *Assault on innocent civilians will come with a high criminal fee. *If given a representative, you are to respect with little to no signs of hatred. Many other laws protected all cities of neutrality as the RNA tries to make sure the world will finally live together once more.
