                Known to be the tomboy of the family, Joliea would beat down anyone who even mentions her family in the wrong way. Spending most of her time enjoying the neon lights that the town is known for, Joliea usually sits on a hill just outside of town where she admires the lights. Being electrical herself, she can't seem to stray away from any sources of electricity. This is proven by not only how quickly she's drawn to any source but as well as her sudden burst of rage when it's absent for long periods of time. Occasionally locking herself away during the day to enjoy the darkness of her room, she tends to jolt up on electricity as if it were a buzz to get her high on something. Nonetheless, regardless of her obsession for electricity, Joliea has a rather interesting personality where she is either nice to you or is a complete jerk to you.
