Spider form

 

                      By far her most lethal and dangerous form, in her spider form Shantae loses most if not all her magic abilities but in turn gains the powers to crawl up walls, fire webs, wrap targets, and consume her enemies. If she manages to grab hold of someone and devour their insides, she begins to heal any wounds that have been inflicted onto her. This means that she has incredible durability as long as she is well fed during battle. Having this form also increases her ground speed to catch up with her target as well as increase her climbing speed in case any of them try to hide off in an elevated platform. The claws on her hands are not something to be taken lightly either as they can be just as deadly as her fangs. Capable of ripping to flesh and some pieces of armor, she can easily rip away her offender and take the much shorter route than to eat away at them. Even though she is capable of eating people and adores the taste in this form, she is less likely to attack a civilian unless provoked in some way. Sometimes she will even casually pass them as if she were still in her human form. However, thieves beware, Shantae will not hesitate on striking out at them if she comes across any of the sort. Able to see her prey thanks to her eyesight, she is capable os seeing in the dark and along with this feature she can also spit out toxins as well as inject venom into her prey. The toxins are capable of blinding her enemy and cause severe pain that can eat away skin and clothing while the venom is used to paralyze them and dissolve their insides for her to eat. This is also the only form in which she only eats from humans rather than substitutes like rodents or small animals.
